3. How long will the roses last?

Fresh roses typically last 5-7 days, depending on care. Preserved roses can last up to a year or more if kept in a dry environment away from direct sunlight.

4. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is available in select areas. Please place your order before our daily cutoff time and check availability for your location.

5. How should I care for my roses?

For fresh roses, trim the stems, place them in water with floral preservative, and keep them in a cool, shaded area. For preserved roses, keep them in a dry place away from moisture and sunlight.

6. Can I include a message with my order?

Yes, you can include a personalized message with your order. Simply provide your message during checkout.

7. What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your flowers and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons on why are you requesting for a return or refund. and we will work to resolve the problem or provide a replacement.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery status.
